Information we process
We process account identity, company information, shipping profiles, product usage and files you choose to upload so we can provide carrier-change monitoring and impact estimates.
Storage and access
Customer records are stored in Supabase with organization-level access controls. Uploaded rate-card documents are private and accessible only to authorized users in the same organization and authorized CarrierShock administrators when support or review requires it.
Retention and requests
We retain information while an account is active and as required for security, billing and legal records. Contact hello@carriershock.com to request access, correction or deletion.
