USPS Postal Explorer lists proposed time-limited prices beginning 4 October 2026 and provides price files, change logs and Notice 123 for review.
DHL Express lists a demand period from 1 October 2026 to 5 February 2027. Time Definite International charges vary by origin and destination and use billed kilograms. Day Definite International is listed at €0.15/kg; fuel surcharge is additional.
Canada Post lists a 24.00% fuel surcharge for USA and International Parcel services and 22.00% for Packet services for 7–13 September, each 0.75 percentage points above the prior week.
SF Express lists weekly international fuel surcharges that vary by service and payment region. For 7–13 September, the published rates include 37% for one Global Express+ billing category, 35.5% for several Asia categories and 17.5% for Europe and America categories.
UPS lists a €12.50 fee, or its local-currency equivalent, for shipments with a declared value below €22. The related guides are scheduled for an update on 20 November.
DPD France lists September fuel surcharges of 23.13% for road services and 42.25% for intercontinental air services. The August rates were 20.50% and 39.25%, respectively.
Aramex lists a 33% fuel surcharge for US-market International Express shipments from 1–15 September 2026, unchanged from the second half of August and up from 27% in the first half of August.
For shipments entering EU customs territory from outside the EU, FedEx lists €2.40 per shipment, or €0.90 for International Connect Plus.
GLS Netherlands lists a 10.90% energy surcharge for national and international parcels in August 2026, up from 9.70% in July.
PostNL says standard US import tariffs now apply to postal shipments and that duties plus a PostNL administration fee are added to the sender invoice. A second customs-data phase is scheduled for 22 October 2026.
The German rate page lists 2.5% of duties and taxes, with a €15 minimum, replacing the previous tiered structure.
Australia Post states that international parcel and letter prices increased by an average of 3.75%. Domestic Parcel Post and Express Post prices increased by an average of 4.95%.
Japan Post says certain business-to-consumer items using IOSS and valued at €150 or less may be returned when sent to Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal or Luxembourg.
UPS lists €34.30 per shipment, or a local-currency equivalent, when only a paper commercial invoice is supplied. Paperless Invoice users avoid this surcharge.
Royal Mail states that its Fuel and Energy Surcharge increased from 11% to 16%, while its International Surcharge increased from 6.5% to 12%. Parcelforce Worldwide moved from 8% to 13%.
NZ Post changed international parcel prices on 1 May 2026 and introduced a NZ$5 administration fee per parcel for Courier Select shipments to the United States.
An Post raised the standard domestic stamp to €1.85 and introduced a €3.50 stamp for letters to Europe and Britain, alongside changes to other large-envelope, packet, parcel and digital-stamp prices.
Swiss Post changed prices for Economy parcels and international consignments from 1 January 2026. Its CHF 1.50 online discount for domestic parcels remains available.
La Poste publishes 2026 international letter and Colissimo tariffs, with parcel prices separated by weight and destination zone, including Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
